Ronald Speck, 65, of New Franklin passed away on March 29th, 2024. He was a graduate of Manchester High School, Class of 1977. He retired after over 25 years as a Local 310 construction laborer. Thomas M. Gaul passed away at his home surrounded by loved ones on March 21st, 2024 at the age of 81. Tom was born in Canton Ohio on July 20th, 1942 as the youngest of 10 children. After a tour in the United States Army, he moved to California where he met his loving wife and raised his beautiful family of four girls.
