Randall Richard Gipson

Randall R. Gipson was born in Nuttalburg WVA on September 21, 1940 to Clady and Lola (Wilkson) Gipson. He went home to be with the Lord on February 27, 2023. He was a long time resident of Barberton Ohio, he spent the last 4 years in Altus, Oklahoma. He married the love of his life Judith A. Helm on October 13, 1966, they were together 57 years.

He is preceded in death by his father Clady, mother Lola, brothers Earl, Bob and James, sisters Katherin, Earnistine, and Arlene, and 3 great grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife Judith, and 3 children Kellie Ann and husband Don Williamson of Altus Oklahoma, Randall R Gipson II, David Allen and wife Jesica Gipson of Barberton Ohio, brother Clayton Gipson, sister Geraldine Baker, 3 grandchildren Amanda May and husband Johnithan Flinn, Sarah Violet and husband Cody Gergory, Ryne Daniel and wife Kortney Gosnell, 4 great grandchildren, Seth Lucas, Hunter Flinn, Stetson Jay, and Kasey Daniel along with numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at the Prentice Funeral Home, 1154 Kenmore Blvd., Akron, OH on Saturday, March 4, 2023 at 1:00 pm officiated by Pastor Larry Knight.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Private entombment will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park on Monday.
