Joseph N. Lionetti, 76, of Manchester, passed away on April 17, 2022. He was born in Akron and graduated from Hoban High School in 1963, attended OSU for a year, graduated from Kent State University and then spent 2 years in Graduate School. He retired from Trusco Co. at age 70 and was a member of the Portage Lakes Eagles #2736. He was an avid Ohio sports fan and The Ohio State Buckeyes were his favorite. Joseph loved being with his family and dedicated himself to his family. Joe had a wonderfully kind heart, amazing storytelling ability and a great sense of humor.
Joseph is preceded in death by his parents Nicholas and Susan Lionetti and sisters Shirley Roberts and Patricia Lionetti. He is survived by his wife of 55 years Rena Lionetti, children Amy (Dave) Keeran, Wendi (Bob) Wilhelm, Joe Lionetti and Keith Lionetti, grandchildren Gregory, Micayla, Nicholas, Rachel, Aria and Cordzy, sister Dorothy Lionetti, many nieces and nephews and many special friends who became family. His lifetime friends were his brothers.

Calling hours will be on Saturday, April 23, 2022 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm with a memorial service held at 4:00 pm at the Prentice Funeral Home, 1154 Kenmore Blvd. officiated by Pastor Joe Farris. Also, please join us for a Celebration of Life Ceremony at The Eagles Club @ 89 East Waterloo Rd., from 6-10 pm.
