Robert C Welch passed away on April 20, 2016. He was born in Akron on June 28, 1939 and lived here most of his life. Robert was preceded by his son, Robert Jr. and his brother, William. He is survived by his sisters, Gloria Grim and Virginia Payne; and several nieces and nephews. A family memorial service will be held at a later date.
