Patricia L. "Pat" Wood, 69 of Wadsworth passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on May 11, 2023. She was a loving wife, mother and nana who loved scrap booking, traveling, and camping. She was a graduate of Wayne College, University of Akron, worked at Cornwell Tools and retired from Akro-Mills, Myers Industries in Wadsworth. Patty was an avid volunteer in the community including Trease Road Child Care, Girls Scouts of America, FISH, Wadsworth United Methodist Church, and Marion's Closet.

Pat is preceded by her mother Betty (Salmon) McKee and stepfather Arthur McKee.  She will be dearly missed by her husband of 49 years Brent Wood, daughters Jennifer (Douglas) Ryan and Stephanie (Daniel) Kehn, grandchildren Corin and Kylie Ryan and Grace and Rhett Kehn, cousin Kim (Tom) Hermann, second cousins Nick (Jamie), Amanda, Haylee (Ben) McCaulley and Taylor Hermann.

Her family would like to thank the caring staff at The Avenue of Medina, Summa Hospice Services and Summa Chaplain Dr. Roderick Pounds.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Wadsworth United Methodist Church, 195 Broad St., Wadsworth, OH on Saturday, June 3, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. officiated by Pastor Don Ebert and Deacon Kevin Kehn.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
