Marvin E. Drew, 91, of Akron, passed away September 7, 2015. He was a World War II Marine Corps veteran and retired from Roadway. Marvin was also a long time member of the Church of the Good Shepherd United Methodist and a current member of Family of Faith UMC. He was preceded by his wife, Virginia Mae and daughter, Roberta Lent. He is survived by his daughters, Donna Bande Walker and Cynthia L. Harget; sons, Glenn (Virginia) and Keith (Debbie); 13 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be at the Prentice Funeral Home, 1154 Kenmore Blvd., TODAY at 7 p.m., with Rev. Ron Shultz officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home TODAY from 4 to 7 p.m. Burial will be Friday at 10 a.m. at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman.
