"Peggy" Noon
April 14, 1964 – February 7, 2025
Margaret E. "Peggy" Noon passed away at Grace House in Akron on February 7, 2025. She was born in Akron and started working at Acme at age 16 for a total of 44 years of service. She loved shopping, St. Patrick's Day, Christmas, family get togethers, Sunday dinners, crafts, animals and especially dogs. She enjoyed helping others and would do anything for anybody. She loved her nieces and nephews and enjoyed going to their sporting events. Her favorite place to visit was Colorado. She was very devoted to her Aunt Betty Jane. She had so many wonderful friends that really helped her these last two years and her family is so appreciative of that.
Peggy is preceded by her parents Michael & Helen Noon, sister Jane E. Noon, grandmother Elizabeth Lucas, Aunt Betty Jane Stanley and Uncle Bob Stanley, Aunt Sandy and Uncle Bud Lucas. She is survived by her siblings Michael (Marcia) Noon, Sue (Milan) Korora, Patrick (Rachel) Noon, nieces and nephews, Nick (Lori) Korora, Amy Korora, Conor Noon, Kate (Eric) Ulvila and Micah Noon, great nieces & nephews Caden and Camryn Korora, Jake and Hudson Ulvila and many close friends.

Funeral services will be held at the Prentice Funeral Home, 1154 Kenmore Blvd. on Friday, February 14, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., officiated by Rev. Debbie Rhinesmith, followed by burial at Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends may call on Thursday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
The family wants to thank Summa Hospice and Grace House for their wonderful care of Peggy.
