Judy McDonald, 69 of Akron passed away on March 18, 2022 in Florida.  She was a member of Hope United Methodist Church and retired from Akron Porcelain & Plastics Co.  She loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Judy is preceded by her parents Irene & Londas Sayre, husbands Ronald Boyd and Lawrence McDonald and grandson Donald Boyd II.  She is survived by her sons Ronald Boyd, Donald Boyd I (Jennifer) and Lawrence McDonald (Patricia), 9 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and several nieces & nephews.

Funeral services will be at Hope United Methodist Church, 2650 Cory Ave., Akron on Saturday, March 26 at 11:00 a.m., officiated by Pastor John Tsironis.  Burial to follow at Lakewood Cemetery.  Calling hours will be at the Prentice Funeral Home, 1154 Kenmore Blvd., Akron on Friday, March 25, 2022 from 6 to 8 pm.
