Jo Ann Bondurant, 83 of Akron passed away on December 8, 2020.  She attended Wedgewood United Methodist Church, and was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Jo Ann is preceded by her parents Walter and Kathleen Callahan, daughter Deborah, son James R., grandson Cody, sisters Betty Seeker and Mary Montabone, brothers Walter and Don.  She is survived by her husband of 68 years James, children Kathy Varney, Vickie (Tom) Skinner, Joe and Scott (Ginger) Bondurant, 11 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at the Prentice Funeral Home, 1154 Kenmore Blvd. on Monday at 1:00 p.m., officiated by Pastor Joe Burkhardt, followed by burial at Greenlawn Memorial Park.  Friends may call from 11 am to 1 pm.  Donations, if desired may be made to Wedgewood United Methodist Church.
