Irene (Buntin) Keith, 62, of Akron, passed away January 25, 2016. She served her country with honor as a Marine. She loved collecting whale and elephant memorabilia, and taking care of her kittygirl Angel. Irene was preceded in death by her parents, John and Emmi Buntin. She is survived by her sisters, Sue "Sig" (Allen) Nowitzke and Bette (Len) Lagestee, and brothers, John (Julie Ann Sweet) Buntin Jr. and James Buntin. Memorial service will be held at the Prentice Funeral Home, 1154 Kenmore Blvd., on Saturday at 11 a.m., officiated by Rev. Michael Freeman.
