Elisabeth A. Jelus (Wollny) went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, October 25, 2015. Born in Breslau, Germany, Elisabeth resided in Akron for most of her life. In addition to being a wonderful mother, she retired from Akron Public Schools and was previously employed by Summit County Children Services. Elisabeth is survived by her children, Barbara Moore, John (Judy), Michael, Timothy (Kimberly); five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Per Elisabeth's request, cremation has already taken place. Visitation begins at 1 p.m. on Saturday, October 31 at Prentice Funeral Home, 1154 Kenmore Blvd., Akron, with a memorial service following at 2:30.
