Donald "Wolfman" McCann Jr. 64 of Barberton passed away on September 2, 2022 with his loving family at his side to see him through this journey.  He graduated from Kenmore High School in 1976 and attended the University of Akron. He loved Harleys and was a member of, and one of the Legion Riders for, the American Legion Garfield Memorial Post #566. He loved his family, especially his grandkids.  He was a people person; he never met a stranger and he had a great sense of humor.

Don is preceded by his father Donald McCann Sr., mother Hulda McCann and son James Daniel McCann.  He is survived by his wife of 21 years Peggy McCann, son Donald McCann III (Shawna Smith), daughters Stormie McCann and Gracilynn McCann, stepdaughter Elizabeth (Tim) Hoffman, brother James E. (Peggy) McCann, sister Theresa (Kim) Smith, stepsister Dawn Schell, grandchildren Ann Marie, Owen, Donald IV, Colton, Deven, Elliana, David, Mylee and Tiler and his special friends, the riders of American Legion Garfield Memorial Post #566, who were like his brothers.  In addition, he leaves behind several uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Words cannot express how much we will all feel his absence, but will cherish all the memories he left to each and everyone of us.  The family would like to give a special thanks to Cleveland Clinic Hospice Home Care.

Funeral services will be held at the Prentice Funeral Home, 1154 Kenmore Blvd. on Friday, September 9, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. officiated by Rev. Michael B. Smith. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
