Dan L Delaney, 62 of Akron passed away September 10, 2016. He lived in Akron all of his life. He was a 1972 graduate of Kenmore High School and he attended Mt Vernon Nazarene College. Dan retired from Overnite Transportation and was a member of Kenmore Community Church of the Nazarene. He loved watching football and playing golf. Dan is preceded by his dad, Jack Delaney and stepfather, Mike Conley. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, JoNell; mom, Mary Lou Conley; brothers, Tim (Lynn), John, and Bill (Kathy), nephews Justin, Dylan and Mitchell and nieces, Morgan, Autumn and Ashley. Funeral service will be held at the Prentice-Conley Funeral Home, 1154 Kenmore Blvd. on Friday at 11 a.m. with Pastor Terry Passmore officiating. Private burial will be at Crown Hill Cemetery in Warren.
