Azrael Bella Fortune, our little angel, passed away October 4, 2016. She arrived into this world on July 7, 2016 as a feisty little fighter. She was fierce and let everyone know what she liked and especially what she didn't like. Her Grandma said she was an opinionated Diva. Her Mama said everyone who met her, loved her.

She is going to be missed so much by her mom Melissa Fortune, her proud big brother Damien Fortune, her grandparents Patricia and Richard Brown, great-grandpa Billy Meador, aunt and uncle Robert and Shea Meador and lots of great-aunts, great-uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be held at the Prentice-Conley Funeral Home, 1154 Kenmore Blvd. Saturday, October 8, 2016 at 12:00 noon. Calling hours will be from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
